This week we visited Boulder County with Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland to announce Colorado is receiving another $33 million from our Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill to continue reducing wildfire risk.

Heil Valley Ranch was devastated by the 2020 Cal-Wood wildfire, but has since become a model for forest restoration. This money will bolster wildfire preparedness and ensure that our forests are more resilient to climate change.
With wildfire season becoming a year-round problem, action can’t wait.
