John and our staff meet frequently with constituents, small businesses, advocates, and groups of all types. These meetings are essential to gather direct feedback on priorities and policies that benefit Coloradans. 

To request a meeting or attendance at an event in D.C. or Colorado, please email scheduling@hickenlooper.senate.gov and include the following information: 

Name of Organization

Point of Contact (Name, Email, Phone Number) 

Purpose of Meeting/Event

Desired Dates/Times

Location

Anticipated participants (Names, Titles, Hometowns)

For Event: How you’d like the Senator to participate
