Congressionally Directed Spending is a mechanism by which members of Congress can request funding for specific projects in their home state. Senator Hickenlooper and Bennet are offering a joint application form for fiscal year 2027 (FY27) requests. Any nonprofit, state, local or Tribal government entity wishing to request funding for a project should fill out the joint form HERE by the deadline, March 27th, 2026.
