Office Hours with Team Hick’s Constituent Advocates
Get help with a federal agency during in-person or virtual office hours in your community
Navigating through different agencies and bureaucracies within our federal government can be confusing and frustrating. We’re here to assist! Our office’s Constituent Advocates can cut through government red tape and help ensure you receive reliable information when you need it most.
Through our office hours in the community, Coloradans are able to meet one-on-one with our Constituent Advocates for assistance with Department of Veterans Affairs benefits, Medicare and Medicaid coverage, federal taxes, immigration issues, and more.
We can serve as a liaison between agencies, help answer questions, and locate resources. Although we cannot ask an agency to circumvent its rules, force it to decide in your favor, or assist directly with initial application paperwork, we are happy to make inquiries about the status of your case and ensure you receive credible information. Please note that our office cannot assist in judicial or most state matters, however, we may be able to refer you to the proper resource.
You can meet with our savvy and informative Constituent Advocates during office hours in communities across Colorado or virtually. See below for dates, times, and locations:
